- The information that is collected by Altitude Trampoline Park is used for Altitude official business only and will not be shared, sold, or rented to any other entity or third party outside of our organization. We will use this information to verify your identity, process your admissions to the park, or to contact you concerning the reason you contacted us. Unless you tell us not to, we may use this information to contact you in the future to inform you about any promotions, specials, new services or updates, or any information regarding changes to our privacy policies. At any time you may contact us via phone number or email to inquire about any information we have if any, to change or correct any information we have, to delete any information, express any concerns about how your information is being used, or to just simply opt-out of any future contact.
- We understand how important it is to secure you information here at Altitude, so we take precautions to keep your information safe. So, whenever we collect any sensitive information (such as credit card information) we make sure it is secured. Please verify this by looking in the top left corner of your address bar where you will notice a lock symbol that is locked meaning the information that is provided is secured. We also make sure that all information is secured within the facility and offline by only allowing access to this information by a select few higher-level managers which is also protected by their username and password as well!
